Anna Ballester Eixarch, born in 1964 in Badalona. For years, she lives and works in El Masnou.

She has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, ​​a specialty in painting.

Throughout her studies at the university, he obtained different awards and scholarships, such as: Acquisition of work for the fund of the collection of the University of Barcelona, ​​scholarship of the Royal Artistic Circle Sant Lluch, grant of Landscape of the Paular de Segovia for the Complutense University of Madrid and the Painting Prize also of the Complutense University of Madrid.

Likewise, she has been awarded other prizes such as the Daniel Vázquez Díaz Painting Grant, from the Provincial Council of Huelva, or the Painting Award from the Diputación de Alicante.

She has made collective and individual exhibitions, including: El Refugi de Badalona Showroom, Niu Toc Showroom in Barcelona, ​​Emilio Navarro Gallery in Madrid, Nolde Gallery in Navacerrada (Madrid), Tinglado 4-1 in Alicante, Rius de Moncofa Gallery (Castellón) or Les Torres de Sant Miquel de Morella (Castellón), among others.

In recent years her work has focused more on teaching and collective creation.

Her personal and social commitment leads her to intertwine two disciplines that she loves, art and education.

She is a drawing teacher at the Maremar from El Masnou Institute where she dedicates her experience to activate education as a pedagogical tool for transformation. In this sense, it has promoted projects of educational innovation of Environmental Education and Sustainability, of Culture of Peace and Solidarity, or of Cultural Heritage. Always from an artistic side.

She has been a member of the Municipal Council of Cultural Heritage of El Masnou for two years.

She is also a member of the UNESCO Association of El Masnou with whom she has collaborated since its inception.
